It was a perfect morning for a walk. It was partly cloudy. The sun was hidden from view, so it wasn't that hot outside. And as an added bonus there was a slight breeze, cool and collective. The forecast didn‘t call for any kind of precipitation. Clouds shifted from in front of the sun causing beautiful song to fill the air. That, of course, was from the birds humming their jovial tune, anticipating the wonderful day that was sure to come. All was perfect!
A little to perfect. The only thought that crossed young Soleil‘s mind as she meandered around Paris. It was surprising, as she usually had many things going on inside that scary little head of hers at a time. But for some strange reason that was all she seemed to be able to think about. It was a bit to peaceful. Especially for a sunny summer morning. Children were usually out playing, and the older muggles were usually taking morning jogs. But that wasn‘t the case today. She wasn‘t complaining though, she wasn‘t receiving any odd looks, and she wasn‘t hearing whispering from behind her back. That was what would have happened on a normal day. If she was fair, then she wouldn‘t blame the foolish muggles. Her dress wasn’t what one would call ’normal’, and today she was pushing her scandally clad self to the limit. Her hair was in it‘s same daily position, hanging over her face, and was only separated by a few spikes from the dog collar around her neck. She clothes consisted of a black and red ‘Alice in wonderland‘ dress, slightly ripped, red stockings and a pair of clunky boots. On top her head was a pair of gray cat ears.
Ah yes, the loved to poke fun at her style behind her back, but none of the muggles seemed so brave when she decided to say something back. Perhaps that was because of the ‘Lacey Baptisque incident‘. It wasn‘t the best thing that could have happened to the poor, nosey, little brat. Luckily Soleil‘s father worked for the Ministry and got her out of trouble quite easily. Like she would have cared if they warned her anyway. Though now all the muggle children in community seemed to fear her. That was the way she liked it though.
Her boots clunked as she turned a corner rather quickly. It was more secluded, an alley way that was pretty much abandoned. She always hung around there, no one ever came down. And she could do whatever she wanted to. Well, not really. She couldn‘t curse the people who moseyed along the side walk in front of the alley, she really couldn‘t do much with her wand.
