[Ron Weasley]

"Do not call my friends mudbloods," said Ron with a growl. "Now Im not going to do or say anything mean to you because John is your brother. Maybe you should thank him for that. As for you Braeden, John's right. As head boy I could easily challenge you to a duel, win, then take points off you for fighting. I might have to 'accidently' forget to take them off Fortis for fighting." He smirked and kept his wand pointing at Braeden.

"Of course I always show up at the right time. It's me we're talking about" Kirsten said simply before turning back to look at everyone around her. From the looks of things, Ron was shooting his mouth and John was once again being an over protective older brother. Kirsten shuddered, she had older brothers and she knew to well that they could be over protective to the point that they became annoying.

"Oh shut up Weasley," Kirsten hissed her attention snapping back into reality as the red haired boy started yapping again. "If you accidentally tell anyone about whats going to happen to you, chances are I'm just going to have to accidentally go after your little sister." Kristen grinned wickedly at the Fortis boy.

"I say you just kill him," Kirsten said, her voice eerily calm and sweet as she looked back up at Brae. "It's rather easy actually," she added her eyes flashing evilly. "All you have to say is a two worded curse," she added grinning wickedly as she glanced over at Ron.

[Eve Beauchamp]

Eve smiled then started to laugh at them. Her dark brown eyes looked over at the two Fortis students. "Wait..yeah mud bloods. That's what they are aren't they? Granger is one isn't she that's right she's not even supposed to be here."

Then she looked over at Kristen. "Yup it wouldn't be you without you popping up like that." Eve laughed. Then hearing that she would go after his sister made her smile even more. "The girl has a point muggle lover."

John looked at Eve seeing how she was crushed him a lot. He was his sister..his twin. He sighed at them and shaking his head. Then hearing that they would go after Ron's sister. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. I'll help him kick your asses."

He told them even if that meant he would go against his sister. John thought of his father and how much he wanted his daughter back and John was going to do anything to get her back. "Stop brain washing my sister." He shouted.

[Ron Weasley]

Ron sighed with John.
"Eve you were fine without all your little friends here. Shows what great friends they are. They make you all horrible and evil. Atleast I have good friends. I would rather have muggle born friends then any of your friends."
He turned to Kirtsten.
"Was this the curse you were talking about," he said to her with a calm smile. "Petrificus Totalus!" he shot the spell at her.

Kirsten just smiled at John's comments. "I'd like to see you try to kick my ass," Kirsten said her eyes challenging the younger boy. Kirsten laughed as John yelled for everyone to stop brain washing you sister. "It's not us," Kirsten said smirking. "Your sister is the only one turning her against you."

Hearing Ron start to talk again, Kirsten rolled her eyes, but still managed to look back over at him. As Ron cast the spell on her, Kirsten felt her body go ridged as she fell backward onto the grass. "Wonderful," she muttered under her breath. Deciding there probably wasn't to many things she could do just lying their by Brae's feet, Kirsten muttered the counter curse and stood up once again.

"No Weasley," Kirsten said brushing the dirt off of her clothes. "I was talking about a different curse. One that your to chicken to use," She said smirking as she looked up at him. "One that is unforgivable." Kirsten grinned wickedly. "But if you still don't know what I'm talking about I'm sure I could show you what I meant," Kirsten said taking her wand from her pocket and twirling it between her fingers

[Braeden Jackson]

Braeden was getting a little annoyed with Ron, and really didn't feel like being here anymore. But he couldn't just leave, he would have to do something to them first. As Brae was deciding on what it was he should do, he stood there and listened to Eve, and Kirsten verbaly atack John, and Ron. A smile apeared on his face a few minutes later as he thought of what to to. It just so happens that Brae is really strong with his non-verbal spells and Charms.

Brae had decided to use one that would make it so that they couldn't move any muscle, not even their mouths. Brae waited for the spell to hit before doing anything so he wouldn't give it away.

[Eve Beauchamp]

Eve looked and started to laugh to see how mad they were starting to get. It was to funny for her to handle. "Oh my this is to much for me." She said still laughing at them. "I mean really they won't even use any good spells there so sad they are."

Her dark eyes looked at them. From John to Ron then she started to see something happening to them. Then it made her laugh even harder to see what was happening to them. Or at least John.

John was to pissed off to notice anything. "I don't think so Eve used to be a nicer person until she started to hang out with you people. You all are just so stupid you know that right. Doing this to be god damn idoiots." He shouted then looked at Eve seeing she was laughing at him.

His heart sank seeing his sister do that. Then soon he felt himself start to stiffen up. He couldn't even talk a tthat moment it was so weird for him and he hated it.

[Melody Johnson]

Melody was walking around the lawns. Her long skirt blowing in the wind a bit along with her blouse. Then she saw out of the corner of her eye student all around each other. At first she would of just walked on by until she notice they weren't looking very happy. But upset. She started to walk over to them and heard rude remarks by a few of them.

Her dark brown eyes glared at them then ran a bit closer. "What do you all think you are doing right now?" She asked tapping her foot then looking to see one student not moving at all. "Great.." She sighed then looked at the three that looked like they caused it.

"You three would you love to explain to me what is going on here?" Then she saw the head boy and looked at him knowing he wouldn't do something like this to a fellow student then she looked back at the others. "Come on now out with it."

Kirsten laughed as Brae had obviously cast a spell on both John and Ron. Shaking her head, Kirsten couldn't help but laugh more as she heard Eve's comment. "No, they really can't cast good spells now can they?" She asked mockingly turning to face both Ron and John again. "John, I would tell you to shut up, but it seems Brae has already managed to do that," Kirsten said after hearing the boys vocal outburst again.

Hearing the sound of approaching footsteps, Kirsten turned to look in the direction she heard them coming from. Seeing a Professor, Kirsten sighed. Bitting her bottom lip, Kirsten tried to think of something to say. The good thing however was that neither Ron or John should have been able to talk.

"Why Hello Professor," Kirsten greeted with a false smile. Crossing her arms over her chest, Kirsten watched with amusement as the Professor took everything in. Smirking wickedly, Kirsten couldn't help but laugh slightly. "Well you see professor," Kirsten said turning entirely so she was now facing the professor.

"It's all my fault. You know how I just love a good fight. And well little John and Ronnie here started talking shit, and well I just couldn't help myself," she said. Kirsten brushed her hair out of her eyes. She was more than willing to take the blame for all three of them as she didn't fear professor's in anyway.

[Melody Johnson]

Melody looked at the girl then back at John muttering a counter curse to make him able to talk and move again. "I wouldn't laugh about this at all Miss. Fraser." She told her then looking back at the other two. "Ron and John thank you for not doing anything stupid. As for you three."

She said looking at all of them. "Miss. Fraser I doubt your the only one who was saying some mean things. I heard the word Mud blood more then once coming from you three."

Then she glared at them. "I think this was not needed for indeed. So I think you all get to spend some time with me in detention how does that sound. I can always make it longer if you all want." Melody said giving them a small smile.

"Bloody frigging mudbloods and mudblood lovers," Kirsten muttered under her breath as she looked over her shoulder at John and Ron. "Anything stupid!" Kirsten laughed turning back to face Melody. "I highly doubt that. Perfect little Ron over there was the first person to cast a spell," Kirsten said rolling her eyes.. "Although it was a pretty sad excuse at spell," she added shrugging her shoulders lightly.

"And why would Eve and Brae get detention? Just for what they said? Sorry to say Professor, but that's pretty low," she said, her eyes challenging the professor. "But then again your probably no better then them anyways," Kirsten shoot, her eyes turning cold as she looked back over at the professor. For some reason this Professor didn't faze her one bit.

"But if I were you, I wouldn't give a detention to Brae and Eve, no, I think you'd be smarter just to give one detention, but then again who am I to say what you should do or not? After all you are the professor," Kirsten said staring at the professor, her eyes cold and heartless.

[Braeden Jackson]

Brae heard footsteps coming up to them in the distance, he figured it was only a professor, and he could careless. The only thing that came to mind was, What took them so long to get here. "Hello Professor, nice to see you too." he stated rather rudely.

Brae began to laugh as she said that Ron and Jhon didn't do anything stupid. "You're joking right, those two not do anything stupid. I'm sorry professor but those two started it, even ask Eve." he stated rather truthfully to be honest.

"I came over when i heard then bugging Eve and they wouldn't leave her be. That's when the 'bad mouthing' started." he stated truthfully again. Lokking from Eve to Kirsten then to the professor Brae thought about what to tell her next. "To be honest it was Ron who casted the first spell, Professor." he told her looking her straight in the eyes. Brae figured that she wouldn't believe anything he just told her, so figured why bother saying anything else.

"But i know you wont believe me, cause none of the teachers would ever belive a couple of Fortis's doing that. So i guess detention sounds good to me how about you guys?" he stated with a semi smile loking at Eve, and Kirsten then back to Professor Johnson.

[Melody Johnson]

Melody was surprized at what she heard then looked back at Ron. "Ron now I wouldn't think you would do something like that, but this must be fair to everyone now will it." She said then looking away.

"Ron you will have Detention also. I just want the students who casted the spells. Mr. Jackson were you the one sending the spell to Mr. Beauchamp over there?" She asked him. She wasn't going to take sides over that. Melody knew that some of these kids were death eaters and order members.

"Alright then please tell me. But I'm thinking about taking away points from your houses for the bad talking. That's not called for to call others that understood?" Her voice wasn't even harsh towards her yet. If it kept up then she would give Kirsten something to complain about. "So the one who cast the spell out of you three please come with me and Mr. Weasley." Melody said looking at everyone.

[Ron Weasley]

"I wasn't bugging Eve professor," said Ron truthfully. "I came over to see whether she was ok, she looked quite upset you see. And yes. I did cast the first spell, it was petrificus totalus. I don't mind having detention, I was wrong to do it. These three," he said pointing at Eve, Kirsten and Braeden. "Were being nasty, calling my friends and family mudblood. I flipped, they made me very angry,"

[Eve Beauchamp]

John felt something and then saw the Professor help him out of the spell that was on him. "Whew thank you ma'am." He told her then looked at Ron and the rest of them. "He did cast a spell Professor, but he shouldn't get detention for it he was sticking up for his friends."

He tried to, but it seemed like she had already made up her mind.

Then he looked away with anger up in his throut. It wasn't fair, but strange this teacher seemed like she didn't care what house everyone was in. Then he looked back up at her. "So what's going to happen now?" He asked.

Eve started to laugh a bit more until a teacher came over to them. "We didn't do anything. I mean John is normaly like that really he is." She said then looked over at Kirsten and Braeden. Her eyes rolled when the teacher said they would all get detention.

But then hearing Ron was getting it to. Eve started to laugh a bit about it then heard something about points being taken away from her house.

"Like I care about stupid points. If I was here for that then I would of left a long time ago because my house always is in 2nd or 3rd." Eve said then looked back at John seeing him pissed off about Ron. She smirked at him.
