Joanna is basically nice, if you're nice. But if you're being mean then she'll be mean back. Simple as that. So basically she likes a lot of people and is good at making friends. She is nice to people that a lot of people may not like. But that's just her natural instinct.
She is also a little rebel. She defies what she is made out to be. She likes to cause trouble, as long as it isn't offensive. Okay so maybe she'll play a prank but as long as it still isn't offensive. Or get her kicked out of school... But anyway... She is just nice, but is still a rebel who reads a lot....
History: (At least two Paragraphs)
Joanna was born into not the richest family. But they did have money. She has two older brothers, Nathan and Jackson. Her parents, Nicki and Marcus, didn't plan on having Joanna so you can see how that would turn out... They weren't the nicest people. They didn't necessarily beat their kids, more like verbal abuse, if you will. She wasn't the happiest little camper, thus her rebelness. She did everything wrong just to push her parents buttons, which is want shaped her into what she is now.
Joanna's life carried on like this until she turned eight. Her father, Marcus, was tragically killed for an unknown reason. They were all devastated, Nicki more than the kids. Her father's death only made Nicki more tempermental and abusive than both her parents had been earlier.
Nathan, being 16 when Joanna was 8, tried to find a way to get out. So his answer was to turn to a muggle court. They reviewed the case and took the children out of Nicki's care. Joanna had grown up knowing she was a witch. She knew about Hogwarts. Jackson had gone on to Hogwarts but Nathan had not, he stayed behind with Joanna.
So they lived in foster care for two more years, when Nathan turned 18. He petitioned custody for Joanna and the judge granted him custody. They moved to London to be closer to Hogwarts. So in the next year, he became an auror in-training. Then Joanna turned eleven and went to Hogwarts. They have been... happy, I guess you'd say, ever since.
Strengths:
School, music, sports (not Quidditch) and dance.
Weaknesses: (Everybody has a weakness)
Opening up to others, controlling her temper when she's mad, Quidditch and lieing (she's a bad liar).

Joanna skipped out of her dorm. She was in an exceptionally good mood. Though it was Sunday, she had finished her homework so it was all good. Jojo smiled at the people as she slowed down on the skipping. Although she didn't care that people though she was probably crazy, she just didn't want to skip anymore.
Joanna came across the living room, a place she had been many times. She had a book at hand and went over to the couch. The room was pretty much empty. But there were the first years who were looking at her.
"Hi," she said cheerfully then turned her attention to her book.
It was an awfully big book. Hogwarts, A History. Joanna loved to read. And she found Hogwarts awfully interesting. She opened her book and read.
