((This is probably in the wrong place. I'm terribly sorry if it is!))
We are currently accepting students from any of the four houses, years 1-7.
Name: Soleil La'Everard
Other Characters on the Site: N/A
Age and Birthday: 15 & December 13th
Blood line: Pure
Sex: Female
Year: 4th
House: Temeraus
Standing:Death Eater supporter
Pet: Kitten, Petite Soeur
Broom: N/A
Personality: Manipulative, deceiving, cunning; A few words to describe Soleil Isabella La'Everard. Usually her motive isn't entirely clear. She's one of those people who have hidden agendas. There is no 'I'll scratch your back, you scratch mine.' with this fireball. It's all her. Just herself against the world. She has a 'I don't give a care what you think of me' attitude, that may sometimes get on peoples nerves.
She is a lone wolf by choice. Believing people are utterly stupid happen to be one of her more...desirable.... traits. Alas, her belief is strong. She has not one nice word to say to those who have not proven themselves worthy enough to speak with her. Of course it is without a doubt that Soleil is above average intelligence. The only thing that she is a sore loser in is learning. As she is completely horrible at sports (Quiditch mostly), she sees no reason to get worked up over them
History: Born into the very prominent Pure blood family of Margaretta and Pierre La'Everard on December 13th was little, angelic Soleil. Her family was fairly wealthy when she was a child, her mother an ambassador to the non-magical community ( quite a lovely paradox, no?) and her father a worker at the Ministry of Magic.
The second of only two children, she could do nothing wrong until the ripe old age of ten, when her elder brother moved out of the house. That is also when she had started to become, let me say rebellious. Her father being an avid hater of Muggles, she started wearing 'filthy, rubbish, muggle clothes' while at her home. Her mother only gave her dirty looks, being an ambassador she couldn't openly object to her daughters sense of clothing. Of course, Soleil did wish ill on the non-magical community. It was only their clothes that she fancied.
Strengths: Charms, Potions, Calm-tempered
Weaknesses: Quiditch, Flying, Cooking, Divination
Wand: Unicorn hair, Holly, 9 inches
Appearance:
((No, She doesn't have cat ears...))
By appearance, Soleil Everard my came off as a little scary. She's one of those girls who wear their eye liner why to dark. Outside of Beauxbatons she's usually clad in black. Often getting dirty looks from Muggles when walking the streets, but then again if you had witnessed a young woman walking down the street with a bull ring, wearing a spiked-dog collar, and chains hanging off of her clothing you might be a little freaked out too. Though, when not playing 'dog' she wears a cross necklace in the place of the collar.
As if her dress isn't welcoming enough Soleil has marvelous blue eyes. You know the icy kind that shoot right through you. They might look a little more friendly if they weren't in a constant glare whenever other people are around. It probably doesn't help that her pale blond hair is usually in front of her face. Giving her kind of a 'psycho killer' look.
Post Example: Can a shadow be seen in the darkness? That was a question with an answer that may appear simple. It wasn't as straight forward as people assume. They do actually appear in the darkness. You have to look hard, but they're there. Yes, they are almost completely invisible, but alas, they do remain when the sun has taken refuge in the clouds. On the other hand, in the cold, dead night, shadows are completely obscured. Lost in the dark until the forgiving sun makes his way into the Heavens.
Soleil shook her head. What a stupid thought. Though, grey area was possibley the greatest thing. It invoked thought and creativity. Not a lot of witches or wizards had that kind of mind power. But then again, neither did those filthy muggles. Quite the opinion, seeing as how she was clad in muggle clothing, yet she did have her pitch black wizarding cloak over top of it. No, her parents probablly wouldn't approve of her dressing the way she did. None the less, their opinions about her clothes didn't bother her. If they had wanted a daughter who was completely unlike her, then they should have had a bigger part in her up bringing.
It probably wasn't the best of ideas: leaning against one of the damp store walls in Knockturn Alley, in Muggle dressings none-the-less. Soleil was never the one to conform into something, just because it would be considered dangerous to do the opposite. Besides, the others were quickly walking past her. Never glancing up, minding they're own business they hurried into the lighter, more acceptable Diagon Alley.
She watched the go. She watched them come. Maybe an hour was wasted, maybe only a minute. She had lost track of time a while ago. Truth be told, she wasn't really watching the people now. Her mind had sliped into a comba of sorts. Drifting from thought to thought, not worrying about what was going on. A murder could have taken place and she would be no good witness to it.
The Application Question:
1. Germany.... or maybe Poland. I can't decide.
I agree that I will follow the rules at Beauxbatons Academy. I will not disagree with what one of the staff members has told me to do. I will respect the other members of the site. I will post with detail and over 500 characters. I will not Godmode. If I do any of these things, I will accept what the staff decides.
By writing your Characters name here, you agree to all of the above.
I, Soleil La'Everard agree to all these terms, and will follow the rules.
