A Beautiful View

Zara sighed as she looked out from the top of the Eiffel Tower. Paris looked so wonderful at night. Her gaze went up to the sky, the stars scattered about made her smile broadly. She closed her eyes and let the breeze blow through her black and silver locks.

Seb had decided that he would get out of his house that night. School was going to start soon and he only had a few days left of freedom. Making his way to the Eiffel Tower, which was one of his favorite places to go when he needed to get away, or to just simply think about things. Once he reashed the top of the tower he mad his way to his favorite spot.

Looking around at the site below him, he couldn't help but think it was one of the most beautifull things he's ever seen. In the back ground he could here people laughing and talking, mostly in french but every now and then he could here some English. He could understand most of it, but couldn't speek it very well. Look to either side of him, he saw a girl he reconized from school, but couldn't remember her name at the moment.

"Allo, it is...how would you say...a nice view?," he told her in English not remembering if she new french or not, which would be much easier for him if she did, but thought it was good to practice his english. "Je suis Seb, Sébastien Gautier. Tu va a Beaubaton, oui?" he asked, figuring he would speek french that time, and held out his hand as he introduced himself.

Zara's eyes snapped open as she heard a voice. She saw a boy she recognized from school. Zara listened to him speak, and she nodded slowly. She brushed some hair behind her ear as he spoke fluently in french. "Oui," Zara replied. "Je suis Zara. J'aime la vue d'ici" she smiled, looking back out on the city.

He smiled back at her as she introduced herself. After hearing her name, everything came back to him. They had been in a few classes together in the passed years. "Vien tu ici souvent?" he asked curious to know, he had remembered seeing her a few times before, but not as often as he comes.

Seb was glad he had run into someone he knew, the whole summer he hadn't seen much of anyone. He had spent it mostly with his family which wasn't that bad, but considering he was 17 he liked to be with people his age. Zara wasn't a really close friend, be he did get along with her most of the time, considering the fact that she's a death eater, and what had happened with his dad, his mom would kill him if she found out. But Seb wasn't one to pick sides, he could careless for both.

Zara smiled glad to have met up with someone that summer. She knew Seb from around school, but he was in the year above her, and a different house. She listened to Seb ask his question, once she had finished she looked out on Paris again. "oui, un bon endroit pour penser, et toi?"

Seb smiled as she agreed with him about it being a good thinking place. "Oui, c'est une très bon endroit pour pencer." he said back. It took Seb a few minutes to think of something else to say but he finally said something.

"Est tu exciter de retourner a l'école?" he asked, curious to know, but he didn't know why. Seb was excited to return to school, as he was missing his friends.

Zara looked at Seb as he asked this, she had to think. A part of her said, yes, school is starting you can bury yourself in work again. Then another part said, no, because despite the thousands of students, she felt more alone than ever in school. She faked a smile and said, "Oui, je manquerai l'école quand je pars." she said, and it was true she would miss school once she had graduated.
