As of today, August 16th, 2006 a new rule has been added temporally. This rule is as follows.
The admins and mods will not be accepting any more original characters. The only characters we will be accepting are cannons. This is so we get all the needed characters for the plot before we add in extras. This rule will be in place until further notice!
If you really don't want to have the responsibility of a cannon character, contact one of the head admins, and we might possibly make an acceptation
